For us, identity management is more than just technology.
For many years, the Oxford Computer Group (OCG) has been supporting companies and organisations in designing secure and sustainable digital identities, access and authorisation systems.
Our focus is on Identity & Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Security. We combine strategic consultancy and technical implementation with many years of project experience, expertise in Microsoft Identity solutions and our own development department in Germany.
With IDABUS, we offer our own identity solution, developed in Germany, which we are continuously refining. With IDABUS Sync, we are already working on the next addition to our portfolio. Its release is planned for 2027. Our offering is complemented by support and operational assistance, as well as practical training courses and our Identity Academy.
What is particularly important to us in this regard is: personal collaboration, reliable points of contact and solutions that are tailored to our customers’ actual needs.
Those who come, stay
A Monday morning in April 2012: Thomas has his first day at work with us. He introduces himself and is greeted by CEO Rüdiger Berndt. Suddenly his smartphone rings. He pushes the call away, but it rings again and again.
Finally, Thomas answers and talks on the phone for almost ten minutes. Then he comes back – and quits.
We don’t know exactly what he learned in the phone call. In any case, he was supposed to return to northern Germany to take over the family pub. And he did. – Thomas remained an exception.
If you start at Oxford Computer Group GmbH, you stay. And those who stay are passionate about IT services and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
So did Rüdiger Berndt, who was one of the few real IAM experts at the time. In 2004, he founded the German branch of the Oxford Computer Group (OCG).
Although OCG was already internationally positioned early on and had customers all over the world, it became increasingly clear to her: “This is very clearly a people business,” says Berndt.
Proximity to the customer is and remains crucial. And so Rüdiger Berndt still travels to customers in person today, advising, supporting and implementing.
At the same time, he can rely on his employees in Germany. “It is extremely important that each individual can really do their job,” says Berndt.

And we offer customized solutions specifically for the Microsoft Cloud. We set up new IAM systems or integrate them into existing ones. Consulting, planning, development, implementation – all from a single source. And thanks to the support contract, our clients are protected even after project completion.
