Identity management in the insurance sector

Excerpt from the Microsoft I Debeka report – Managing identities:

The adaptations to the Azure Acitive Directory required to implement this multi-stage process were carried out for Debeka by Microsoft Consulting Services in collaboration with Microsoft partner Oxford Computer Group. “Debeka was also convincing here. Thanks to the adaptability of the online service, we were able to make the user registration process, which is not provided for by the cloud solution, compliant with all requirements,” says Roland Weber. . .”

Debeka is one of the five largest insurance groups in Germany. In order to offer its customers added value, the Group wanted an online contract management system including a customer portal.
