OCG continues to grow – not only in terms of projects and solutions, but also at management level. Martin Berndt officially joined our team as an additional managing director on 1 October 2025. Together with his father, Rüdiger Berndt, who has managed the company alone until now, Martin will now take responsibility for OCG’s strategic direction and growth.
The signing of the managing director contract was a celebratory moment that officially sealed the collaboration between Martin and the team. We are delighted and proud to announce that Martin is now joining our management team – a step that will bring new impetus and fresh perspectives to OCG.
With two managing directors at the helm, OCG is ideally positioned to continue delivering innovative solutions in identity and access management, successfully implementing new technologies and providing our customers with the highest level of service. Martin brings not only expertise, but also a passion for the further development of the company.
We look forward to the upcoming projects, challenges and successes that we will shape together. With Martin Berndt at Rüdiger Berndt’s side, we are focusing on continuity, competence and team spirit – values that have distinguished OCG for years.
