Our cloud solution is hosted by OCG/IDABUS and supplemented by sensor modules that are installed in the environment to be monitored. This means you always have full control over your systems, whether in the cloud, on site or in a hybrid environment.

IDABUS Monitoring is available in two versions:
IDABUS Monitoring Basic Edition
As part of a support contract, our support team is given the opportunity to continuously monitor your system and receive targeted notifications in the event of anomalies. A selected set of measured values is recorded, which can provide a good overview of the most important functions.
Selection of monitored parameters/systems:
- General availability of the system components (IDABUS service, MIM service, Sync service).
- Utilization of the systems (CPU, RAM).
- Fill level of the relevant databases.
- Number of incorrect import/export/sync operations in MIM-Sync.
- Exceeding defined values of “Pending Imports/Exports”.
- Failed or pending workflow activities in the MIM portal.
- Response time IDABUS Data-Service.
IDABUS Monitoring Customer Edition
In addition to the Foundation version, the Customer Edition offers the following features:
- Each customer receives their own, individually customizable dashboard.
- An extended set of sensors and measured values is available.
- The measured values can be retrieved over an extended period of time.
- Individual notification rules can be created for each person.
- Various notification destinations such as e-mail, Teams, Messenger etc. are available.
- On request, we can develop your own sensors for recording special values from your system.
- Thanks to the experience of our support team and the key figures provided by IDABUS Monitoring, we can ensure that your IAM system runs smoothly.
- You and we can react proactively to minimize or avoid disruptions and failures.
- The traceability of the system status is ensured – even over a longer period of time.
- The monitoring data can only be viewed by the customer (Customer Edition) or our support team.
- Measured values are automatically deleted from our system after an agreed period of time (depending on the license).
- No external access to your system is necessary. The installed components only require an outgoing HTTPS connection from the IDABUS Monitoring Hub.
- All data is forwarded exclusively to systems hosted in Azure (Western Europe) and stored there in encrypted form.
- All the security features of the Azure Cloud are available.
- Azure AD integration for authentication on the dashboard.
